About the Founder
Josh Fowler is a District Chief and Special Operations Program Manager for a municipal fire department located in Southeast Texas.
Since 2000, Josh has helped countless students hone their craft within the realms of public service, leadership, and management in both the public and private sector as well as for-profit and nonprofit entities. He is passionate about leadership and sharing that passion with others.
In 2018, Josh founded Charge The Line Leadership, LLC and has delivered keynote presentations as well as instruction at various leadership, industrial, and hazardous materials conferences. An accomplished writer, his work has been featured in publications such as Fire Engineering, Fire Rescue 1, Hazmat Nation, and ARFF-WG.
